Manufacturers-Installers: you are a marketer with regard to PMCB EPR
Doubts remained as to the status of companies manufacturing and installing products subject to EPR. The French administration has cleared up any ambiguity:“nothing stands in the way” of a marketer being both designer and installer of a building product or material. In short, the installer or client
who last purchases the components that make up a partition is considered to be a marketer
and must therefore join an eco-organization to pay the ecocontribution from May onwards.
